I provide registered nurse-led education to staff at home care agencies. I can help build understanding through case scenarios shaped around your team's roles and agency procedures.

My goal is to help owners, administrators and clinical leaders within demanding home care and home health environments achieve high functioning teams guided by evidence-based knowledge.

What I Offer

Focused educational sessions for your team

We can help identify knowledge gaps within your staff and use those gaps to identify priority topics for 45-60 minute in-services, adapted to your staff's roles and existing agency procedures. Once in agreement on the plan, I deliver the session, share agreed materials and gather feedback.

About me

I'm a registered nurse (RN/MN) with ten years of experience across intensive care, medical-surgical, and oncology, including five years in nursing management.

My management work included staff education, practice oversight and implementing practice changes. I bring that experience to practical teaching for home care teams, using clear language and scenarios adapted with your agency’s input.
